2. Inspection / Visiting Charges
In some cases, a technician may perform an inspection to diagnose the appliance issue.

Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.

These charges cover the technician’s visit, time, and diagnosis of the appliance problem.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
